    61C-4.0161: Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicles and Theme Park Food Carts
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 22, 2009, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants has issued an order.
    On January 13, 2009, a Routine Variance for paragraph 61C-4.0161(1)(c) and subsection 61C-4.0161(5), Florida Administrative Code, was received from Raphael Catering located in Jacksonville. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses mobile food dispensing vehicles operating from an approved commissary that meets all applicable requirements of the rule; and the mobile food dispensing vehicles temporarily connecting to an approved utility system for a time period not exceeding one day’s operation. Specifically, Petitioner requests to connect their self-sufficient mobile unit to an approved water system, electrical system and use waste water tanks for a time period of 18 to 24 months at a time. This request was originally published in Issue Vol. 35, No. 5, February, 6, 2009 of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
    This variance petition has been withdrawn. The job site the Petitioner requested the variance for has completed their project and the variance for this location is no longer needed.
