NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 21, 2013, the Department of Health received a petition for a variance from Barry University (Pembroke Pines campus) for a Program Director who does not have a Bachelor's Degree to be granted an additional 18 months to secure the appropriate degree. Interested persons or other agencies may submit comments on this petition for variance within 14 days after publication of this notice.
