In addition to the traditional way of browsing, eRegulations.us provides you another way to view the rules – Book View. Book View is a tree structure representing the hierarchical nature of rules in a better way. Book View allows you to easily see a whole set of titles, chapters, parts etc and allows you to jump back and forth among these entries.

4.  Access old versions of a rule

For example, you are browsing the rule 1A-31.020, FAC and you want to see the related notices of this rule, you simply move your cursor to the upper right corner of the rule and you will find the notices in the dropdown list.

6.  Perform advanced search

Advance Search gives you instant access to the millions of rules on eRegulations.us. To search a rule in FAC, enter the keywords and/or Part Number and then search. To search a rule or a proposed rule in FR, provide keywords, document type and issue dates to search.

7.  Get reminded for 5-year reviews

According to Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act (Utah Code 63G-3-305), each agency shall review each of its rules within five years of the rule's original effective date or within five years of the filing of the last five-year review, whichever is later.

eRegulations.us provides subscribers a function to view the Utah rules which are up for a 5-year review in one month, two months and three months. This will serve as a reminder to the agency users to file their 5-year notices of review on time.
